About the role
- Manage a diverse portfolio of transition programs, including transformation-led transitions, incumbent vendor transitions, and staff augmentation initiatives
- Establish and maintain governance structures at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, ensuring compliance with methodologies and tollgates
- Deliver high-quality transition programs within defined time, cost, and quality parameters, proactively managing risks and resolving issues
- Apply best practices in knowledge transfer and ramp-up methodologies to ensure smooth transitions
- Provide comprehensive status reports and manage escalations to maintain stakeholder alignment
- Oversee large-scale, multi-country and multi-tower transitions involving significant scope and parallel transformation opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Process Transitions and managing large-scale projects (200+ FTE)
- Strong understanding of transition and transformation models and project management methodologies
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
- Proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- Experience in international environments and multi-country rollouts is a plus
