About the role

  • Support project managers in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform implementation project
  • Facilitate smooth coordination among various teams including design, analysis, IT, and vendors
  • Prepare meetings, create agendas, and distribute minutes
  • Organize and update task management tables and project progress/issues
  • Manage documents using SharePoint and Teams
  • Assist in creating report materials (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Support operation of training sessions and review meetings

Requirements

  • Japanese native-level communication skills
  • Experience in project coordination or PMO work
  • Basic project management skills such as meeting preparation, creating minutes, and progress management
  • Skill in operating Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactivity to organize issues and propose improvements instead of waiting for instructions
  • No resistance to coordination with technical departments and engineers
  • Ability to actively respond to new DX tools and new operations
  • Coordination and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders
