About the role

  • Ensure the operational maintenance of cloud infrastructures
  • Analyze and resolve Level 2/3 incidents and problems

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating and administering cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Proficiency with automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell/Python scripting).
  • Good knowledge of systems, networking, and managed cloud services.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents (N2/N3).
  • Rigor, analytical mindset, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
