About the role
- Drive innovation and digital transformation!
- Take a leading role in winning and delivering complex transformation projects in Application Development & Maintenance
- Responsible for strategic sales with focus on the Public Sector as well as the Manufacturing, High Tech and Automotive industries
- Shape the entire sales process for complex deals – from developing a strong deal pipeline to successfully closing large-scale projects
- Work closely with decision makers, market units, business units and partners to develop innovative solutions
- Position USPs and create real added value for customers
- Objective: sustainable, profitable growth and positioning the company as a trusted transformation partner
Requirements
- Several years of experience in business and technology environments with proven success in strategic sales
- Solid understanding of the Public Sector and experience in other relevant industries such as Manufacturing, High Tech and Automotive
- Expertise in developing and executing complex proposal processes and stakeholder management at C-level
- Successful management of complex deals, ideally including contract negotiations and transition projects
- Technical knowledge in core technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, SAP S/4HANA and understanding of industry-specific trends (e.g., IoT, digitization in the public sector)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
