About the role

Manage major incidents and change activities related to SAP Security and GRC.
Review, suggest, and recommend security-related changes to ensure compliance and robustness.
Analyze root causes of security issues and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with project teams to define security approaches, prepare blueprints, and establish governance frameworks.
Contribute to security policy formulation and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Act as a trusted advisor for SAP Security best practices across platforms.

4 to 12 experience in SAP Security support for ABAP and GRC.
Expertise in modern SAP applications such as SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Fiori, IDM, GRC Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Fraud Management.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts, user and role types, Roles/Activity Groups, and user administration across SAP platforms.
Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and compliance requirements.
Ability to review and optimize security processes and controls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Background in SAP security consulting, service delivery, or technical program management.
