About the role
- Development and procurement of promotional accessory projects (GWP - gift with purchase), retail products (beauty accessories, kit pouches), uniforms and spa items across the brand portfolio
- Optimize marketing briefs to launch requests for proposals and propose creative solutions while meeting key indicators (OTIF, target costs, inventory)
- Technical and economic feasibility studies: selection of materials, production techniques and validation of industrial constraints
- Integrate eco-design principles into marketing briefs, material and process selection in line with the CSR policy
- Production and quality follow-up: approval of final samples/print proofs (BAT), compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, quality teams and suppliers to ensure project success
- Administrative and logistical management: order tracking, procurement and deliveries
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent (business school or engineering school) with a specialization in Purchasing/Procurement or Supply Chain
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement and product development, ideally in the beauty or luxury sector
- You demonstrate rigor, teamwork, autonomy and the ability to manage priorities
- You have a very good command of English. Spanish is a plus.
