About the role
- Lead and energize the team: schedules, targets, briefings, and performance monitoring.
- Motivate and unite the team through challenges and incentives.
- Provide one-on-one support and coaching to team members (sales, product knowledge, and service).
- Embody retail excellence and ensure compliance with Puig/brand processes.
- Organize regular performance review meetings (1:1s and team meetings).
- Master and apply all sales techniques to lead by example for the team.
- Welcome, advise, and exceed customer expectations to deliver a premium experience.
- Build customer loyalty and expand the client database.
- Contribute to in-store activations and events.
- Maintain impeccable store standards (cleanliness and merchandising).
- Manage relations with the retailer and conduct briefings.
- Represent the brand within department stores and monitor performance.
- Produce accurate reporting and recommend actions to optimize results.
- Implement local marketing activations and report outcomes to relevant teams.
- Comply with the retailer's reporting obligations.
Requirements
- Experience: You have at least one successful experience in team management within the beauty sector, with a specialization in skincare.
- Education: You hold a diploma in aesthetics/cosmetics (BTS or equivalent).
- Languages: Proficiency in English.
- Skills: Motivated and dynamic, you are known for your strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication.
- You enjoy working in a team and have a sense of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- You are versatile and able to handle multiple sales/transactions simultaneously.
