About the role
- Support the E‑commerce team in managing and developing the website
- Draft processes to improve the customer experience (FAQ, shipping and returns…)
- Assist with the operational management of the website and Farfetch: importing collections, publishing new products, uploading content, e‑merchandising…
- Write product descriptions and monitor e‑commerce visuals
- Organize and participate in various photoshoots: castings, salesbooks, packshots, and e‑commerce shoots
- Manage customer service: respond to customers’ daily inquiries
- Track deliveries and returns in our back office
- Provide after‑sales support
- Analyze requests and propose improvements
Requirements
- Business school education or equivalent
- Customer-oriented with strong writing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector
- Detail-oriented, organized, and versatile
- Analytical mindset and business awareness
- Comfortable with IT tools and excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Proficiency in Shopify, Mailchimp, and Prismic is a plus
- Fluent in English and French required
