About the role

  • Support the E‑commerce team in managing and developing the website
  • Draft processes to improve the customer experience (FAQ, shipping and returns…)
  • Assist with the operational management of the website and Farfetch: importing collections, publishing new products, uploading content, e‑merchandising…
  • Write product descriptions and monitor e‑commerce visuals
  • Organize and participate in various photoshoots: castings, salesbooks, packshots, and e‑commerce shoots
  • Manage customer service: respond to customers’ daily inquiries
  • Track deliveries and returns in our back office
  • Provide after‑sales support
  • Analyze requests and propose improvements

Requirements

  • Business school education or equivalent
  • Customer-oriented with strong writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and versatile
  • Analytical mindset and business awareness
  • Comfortable with IT tools and excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Mailchimp, and Prismic is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French required
