About the role

  • Personalized consultation & sales: First point of contact for customers at the niche counter, advising on fragrances and beauty products to address individual needs and ensure expert guidance.
  • Customer retention & acquisition: Building a loyal customer base and actively attracting new clients.
  • Presentation & brand image: Together with your colleagues, ensure products are presented optimally and attractively in line with each brand’s image and guidelines.
  • Sales promotion: Planning and executing sales/promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience selling premium/exclusive brands, particularly in fragrances.
  • Ability to convey enthusiasm and a warm, hospitable demeanor.
  • Proactive, self-directed working style with a sales- and results-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with a strong service orientation and enjoyment in delighting customers with our products.
  • Polished, professional appearance: representative of the brand with a brand-appropriate presence.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and consistently present a friendly, courteous manner to customers.
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
