About the role
- Be the daily point of contact for employees on all Human Resources matters, providing support and advice
- Manage HR processes consistently, integrate Group processes and recommend improvement opportunities
- Handle day-to-day management, administration, monitoring and enforcement of existing methods, tools and systems
- Update HR dashboards (entries/exits, recruitment, probation periods, etc.)
- Manage the full recruitment process according to profiles
- Define needs with managers and select candidates
- Monitor employees throughout their entire lifecycle at Rabanne, from onboarding to departure
- Give meaning to projects implemented by management, while respecting employee-related issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law or Business School
- Good knowledge of Labor Law
- Interest in the Fashion sector, particularly Retail
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus for communicating with group contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills: adaptable to all types of interlocutors
- Good writing and summarizing skills
- Very strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel prioritized)
- High level of rigor to follow all HR processes in compliance with legal framework
