About the role
- Support the Brand Management team in all marketing activities, such as product launches, trade marketing and e‑tail.
- Independently take ownership of projects.
- Create and translate copy for customer activations, e.g., mailings, various POS display materials and event invitations.
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing point-of-sale activations.
- Execute activations at counters.
- Coordinate and align activations across teams (e.g., Sales or E‑tail) and maintain direct contact with client and agency contacts.
- Forward requests to the international Brand team.
- Organize sales conferences for internal and field sales (including creation of materials, venue and event planning, shipping coordination and presentation preparation).
- Translate and design various sales materials and presentations.
- Brief and coordinate sales materials and assets with external agencies.
- Prepare reports including graphical presentation and detailed analysis.
- Handle administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills combined with creativity and a good sense of aesthetics.
- High attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Some practical experience in marketing is an advantage.
