About the role

  • You will accompany customers in Düsseldorf on numerous fragrance journeys with Penhaligon's.
  • You will work as a Brand Ambassador (m/f/d) part-time (minimum 24 hours per week across 3 days).
  • You should ensure that our products are always presented in accordance with the brand image and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • You have solid professional experience selling exclusive brands, specifically in fragrances, and have a personal passion for niche brands.
  • You are communicative, personable and a true team player with a strong service mindset and high customer orientation.
  • You are an enthusiastic sales professional with good manners and a well-groomed appearance.
  • You are confident using MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • You are flexible regarding working hours and weekend assignments.
  • Good German and English skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
