About the role
- Develop and drive the Anti-Illicit Trade (AIT) strategy to minimize the impact of illicit trade
- Lead the implementation of AIT initiatives and report progress against milestones
- Support above-market and regional AIT teams through collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Represent BAT’s AIT position to key stakeholders, including government bodies
- Contribute to the development and execution of anti-illicit trade initiatives
- Maintain and analyze AIT-related data to generate insights for strategy enhancement
- Manage government and enforcement body relationships at central and local levels
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing anti-illicit trade strategies
- Strong analytical skills and data management capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and government relationships
- Management experience in leading teams and projects
