About the role
- Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives
- Develops local strategy and business plan
- Develops strategy for product and Point of Sale placements
- Builds client willingness and capability to collaborate
- Develops and maintains business relationships with local chains and distributors
- Sells and executes the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling
- Analyzes territory to identify and negotiate contracts
- Collaborates with Division Manager on territory-specific planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Previous experience in a marketing-focused role preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform a sales representative/territory manager role successfully
- Ability to travel frequently, driving up to 200 miles per day
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and safe driving records
