About the role
- Join and support Capgemini Testing Service Line to provide Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various financial clients
- Help enhance quality levels, improve time to market, and mitigate risks
Requirements
- Experience managing across integrated applications
- Experienced Test Manager with strong fundamental Test Management skills
- Consolidation and aggregation of reporting
- Good understanding of data technology
- Environment Management experience (for context rather than action)
- Release Management experience (again more for context)
- Good people skills as much of the role will be influencing people
- Well-rounded with good level of maturity
- Good organisation skills
- A collaborative, agile mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share ideas clearly and build strong working relationships
