  • Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified Administration
  • ServiceNow CIS ITSM
  • ServiceNow CIS ITOM or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration (CIS ITOM)
  • Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes including Asset Management, metrics and key performance indicators
  • Team collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Ability to mentor/lead junior team members
