- Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives

Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified Administration
- ServiceNow CIS ITSM
- ServiceNow CIS ITOM or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration (CIS ITOM)
- Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes including Asset Management, metrics and key performance indicators
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor/lead junior team members
