About the role
- Do you want to turn theory into practice and experience real HR transformation?
- Support our HR Business Partners with operational and strategic tasks – from performance management and training materials to analyzing and preparing HR data.
- Maintain our HR pages on the intranet and assist with building a new internal communication platform.
- Create reports and analyses for ongoing processes and projects.
- Contribute independently to exciting projects as part of our HR transformation and actively help shape the future of HR.
Requirements
- You are studying a relevant subject (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Law) and ideally have some practical experience.
- You are empathetic, structured, reliable, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
- Communication is one of your strengths – also in an international environment.
- You handle confidential data with care and discretion.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
- Confident user of MS Office; initial experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
