About the role
- Responsible for implementing, reviewing, auditing and continuously improving quality processes across our engagements
- Ensure a smooth handover between Sales and Delivery while maintaining Capgemini standards and contractual requirements
- Lead project quality management and provide operational support to project managers through document control, team support and awareness initiatives
- Track non-conformities, perform root cause analyses, and monitor customer satisfaction and complaints
- Manage risks and opportunities, alert stakeholders in case of deviations, and measure performance using key performance indicators
- Drive continuous improvement activities including lessons learned and the implementation of best practices
- Support internal audits and AFNOR certifications, and facilitate team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in nuclear quality with knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19443 standards
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Able to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and meeting facilitation
- Professional proficiency in English
