About the role
- Provides IT support to customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of their Digital Workplace
- Service Desk Analysts analyzes and resolves most common enquiries and cooperates with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English
- Can-do-it and problem-solving attitude
- The ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind
