About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for all AutoCAD topics within the internal team.
  • You maintain ongoing contact with development teams to identify new requirements and features for engineering applications and systems.
  • You introduce and integrate new functions and features into the architecture of the engineering design tool.
  • You implement new functions, modules, and features and ensure their testing and documentation.
  • You support development and configuration within the AutoCAD environment and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers on application-related queries.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in agile development teams and close collaboration with process specialists and solution architects.
  • Solid knowledge of Autodesk products, especially AutoCAD and its variants.
  • Experience developing CAD interfaces for applications such as Creo, NX, and AutoCAD.
  • Proficient with DevOps tools, particularly Azure DevOps; knowledge of BIM and CAD data formats is a plus.
  • Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
