About the role

  • You plan and facilitate agile team events such as iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, and you support backlog maintenance.
  • You coach the team on Agile and SAFe principles and Lean-Agile values, and promote built-in quality practices such as TDD and continuous integration.
  • You remove impediments, monitor progress using agile metrics, and support the team during the Innovation & Planning (IP) iteration.
  • You prepare PI planning sessions, ensure the team's alignment with ART objectives, coordinate dependencies, and support system demos.
  • You act as a change agent, promote Lean-Agile practices, support cultural transformation, and coach team members and stakeholders on SAFe practices and roles.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in scaled agile environments.
  • Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master.
  • Strong written and verbal German and English skills.
