About the role

  • Develop and maintain desktop applications using C# and WPF.
  • Implement web applications with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Ensure code quality through Clean Code practices, pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Work in an agile environment: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
  • Analyze requirements and develop solutions in close collaboration with the Product Owner and Tech Lead.
  • Implement and maintain unit and integration tests; support test automation.
  • Ensure software quality and mentor junior developers.
  • Evaluate new technologies and optimize development processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in software development and strong knowledge of C# and WPF.
  • Experience in frontend development with JavaScript, Angular, and HTML/CSS.
  • Solid understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
  • Desirable: experience with RESTful APIs, cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS), agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD).
  • Knowledge of SQL databases such as MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
