About the role

  • Shape the digital future of the manufacturing industry!
  • Define target visions and target architectures for new IT solutions – from the shop floor to business intelligence
  • Develop and implement innovative, data-driven business models across the entire value chain
  • Provide consultancy on Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), e.g., according to TOGAF
  • Independently take ownership of work packages within projects
  • Actively exchange knowledge within the international Capgemini community on architecture and digital manufacturing topics
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior consultants

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable technical discipline
  • Experience in architecture management and in implementing complex IT solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) / SAP BTP, PTC ThingWorx)
  • Development skills in Java, Python, C++ and Node.js
  • Consulting experience and expertise in Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0
  • Strong IT affinity and an understanding of complex interrelationships
  • Strong communication skills and experience running workshops and giving presentations
  • Willingness to travel and very good German and English language skills
