About the role
- Manage multiple ADM projects (Custom Build Applications – C&CA) ensuring SLA and KPI compliance
- Oversee resource utilization, team allocation, hiring, and attrition management
- Drive ITIL-based service delivery processes and global delivery coordination
- Mentor junior team members, build CoE knowledge, and foster innovation and delivery acceleration
- Optimize and automate demand and delivery processes for cost-effective operations
Requirements
- 14-16 years of experience
- EM Level 1 certification and ITIL knowledge/certification (mandatory)
- 10–15+ years in Applications Delivery & Maintenance with multi-project handling experience
- Strong expertise in SLA/KPI management, financials, and stakeholder engagement
- OSS Telecom domain experience and ability to manage global/regional stakeholders
- PMP or Prince2 certification (preferred) with proven leadership and team management skills
