About the role
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Act as a servant leader and coach for the development team and Product Owner
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
- Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Promote continuous improvement and drive Agile maturity within the organization
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, etc.)
- Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple priorities
