About the role
- Manage multiple global SAP projects
- Design efficient processes and workflows
- Support scoping and detailed planning
- Proactively drive project activities through to go-live
- Apply professional project management methodologies
- Continuously monitor project progress
- Prepare meaningful reports on schedules, resources, and costs
- Take responsibility for time, scope, and budget
- Coordinate internal and external project teams
- Support organizational change activities within the SAP transformation
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience leading SAP projects and programs
- Strong process understanding in both business and technology contexts
- Consulting skills and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills at all levels
- Business-fluent German
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)
