About the role

  • Engage in Customer Project Delivery Activities
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and workshops
  • Analyze customer requirements and take ownership of high / low level design for PLM and other associated systems
  • Propose, plan, design and communicate architectural solutions with Capgemini, Software vendor architects and customers
  • Produce written specifications that align with customer requirements for proposed solution and configuration activities
  • Identify issues, risks and provide input on solutions to key stakeholders
  • Explain requirements, design and configuration requirements to onsite / offshore team members
  • Guide team as required to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations
  • Demos to key stakeholders as required during requirement gathering and in later stages for UAT etc.
  • Participate in customer delivery and cutovers as needed
  • Actively contribute to Pre-Sales Activities
  • Work with sales for budgetary proposals

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying solutions based on Teamcenter, 3DExperience or Windchill
  • At least 4 years of PLM experience working in a Nordic country
  • Proven IT development experience
  • Experience of multi-cultural project teams, where parts are located off-site
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and written
  • Finnish citizenship
  • Meritorious skills: Finnish communication skills, both oral and written
  • Meritorious skills: Past coding experience on Java, JSP, MQL, EKL, Widgets
  • Meritorious skills: Knowledge of data migrations
  • Meritorious skills: Working knowledge of CAD tools, PLM-CAD-ERP and other enterprise integrations
