About the role
- Define program scope, set goals, and translate vision into measurable objectives
- Develop and manage program roadmap, timelines, and budget
- Supervise and coordinate multiple project managers and teams to ensure alignment with program objectives
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans
- Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and decisions
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity
- Maintain organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Track KPIs and evaluate program strengths and weaknesses
Requirements
