About the role
- Lead large group discussions to answer questions and remedy complaints
- Create and nurture effective communication within the organization
- Build a strong team through open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilities
- Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives
- Plan programs from start to finish including identifying processes, deadlines, and milestones
- Develop financial forecasts, schedule management, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage engagement with clients and contract management
- Hire, train, and be a motivating mentor to staff
Requirements
- Over 10–12 years of senior leadership experience managing complex, large-scale SAP S4
- Demonstrated expertise in project delivery on SAP S4 Solutions
- Holds relevant project management certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agile, or equivalent
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management and communication
- Extensive experience in end-to-end service delivery
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Proven track record in resource management
- Strong leadership in conflict resolution and team mentoring
- Excellence in customer service
- Experienced in tracking financial performance against forecasts
- Strong ability to plan and deliver impactful and persuasive communications
