About the role
- As part of the huge growth in demand in our Energy Transition & Utilities practice, we are seeking an experienced senior leader to join our highly talented team, working on the pursuit and delivery of major advisory, consulting and transformation services across our sector.
- Our clients within Energy Transition & Utilities include those within the sub-sectors of Energy Networks, Energy Retail, Energy Central Markets, Water and Nuclear.
- Driven by major investment in the sector and the unique position of our Capgemini Invent business, we are seeing a significant increase in demand for our services and teams.
- You will help set direction, drive forward the business, build senior client relationships, model our values and behaviours and coach and develop junior members of the team.
- You will combine nuclear sector expertise with strong consulting skills, leading client engagements and supporting the expansion of our client base across the full civil nuclear lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience working in a consulting delivery role; that may include focusing on originating and creating innovative solutions, or delivering workstreams within major programmes, or projects for clients
- Excellent consulting skills, meaning experience of working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but with a Consulting background
- An open flexible mindset with a collegiate approach to solving our clients’ challenges
- Strong commercial and business understanding, with the ability to leverage own network and the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, to larger revenues across our business
- Ability to drive improvement initiatives for our clients, drawing on experiences and insights from across the full lifecycle of civil nuclear, and other applicable sectors.
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
