About the role

  • Deliver Insightful Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data outputs, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Data Visualization and Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards using data visualization principles to transform complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources to meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields.
  • Background in marketing, sales, or analytics within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) company or similar environment.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business implications.
  • Proficiency in business math and data interpretation.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a consultative capacity with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating and delivering presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
