About the role
- Lead change and make a difference by applying data and AI in various domains
- Deliver value within customer, marketing, or commercial domains through data and insights
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges
- Develop and implement insight solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Architect, or Data Strategist
- Hands-on experience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, CRM, commercial, web, or product analytics
- Strong project management and people management skills
- Familiar with 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources, including transactional/EPOS, digital, retailer, social, loyalty etc
- Experience developing and implementing insight solutions, MarTech / data driven CX solutions, or ML/AI solutions
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data modeling
- Strong written communication, presentation, and data-driven storytelling skills
- Interest and experience in data, AI, machine learning, and data science
