About the role

  • You create test cases, automate tests and perform manual testing in an agile environment to ensure high product quality.
  • You develop appropriate concepts for agile development and test projects and contribute your expertise to the technical selection of development and testing tools.
  • You continuously optimise and extend our existing agile and continuous integration environments.
  • You advise our clients on improving agile testing processes and implement measures to increase efficiency.
  • With your focus on quality, you drive the continuous further development of processes and tools.

Requirements

  • You have a solid understanding of software testing and development models such as SCRUM and are proficient in at least one programming language, for example Java, Python or C#.
  • You are experienced with current testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins CI, SOAP, REST, Micro Focus ALM, Micro Focus UFT, Jira or Xray, and you bring knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
  • You present yourself in a customer-oriented manner, work in a structured and results-driven way, and are able to communicate confidently at technical, specialist and management levels.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional project-related assignments within Germany, very good German language skills (B2) and conversational English are part of your profile.
  • Desirable: ISTQB® CTFL certification or equivalent, an agile background with a commitment to continuous development, and a university degree or equivalent qualification.
