About the role

  • Advise on the feasibility and optimization of accessibility tests, and execute them at web and app level in accordance with applicable standards, including BITV 2.0
  • Accurately identify and document issues and produce meaningful test reports with clear, actionable recommendations for our clients
  • Assess accessibility and WCAG compliance using standard methods and industry best practices
  • Ensure, with a strong attention to detail, that all tests meet legal requirements and best practices
  • Actively contribute to making digital solutions accessible and user-friendly for all users

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, particularly WCAG 2.1 and BITV 2.0
  • Practical experience with text and speech analysis at web and app level, and with assistive technologies such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking or SpeechDesktop
  • Understanding of the differing needs of affected user groups and the ability to incorporate these requirements into your work
  • Very good German language skills (minimum B2) and ideally proficiency in another European language
  • Willingness to travel within Germany as required by project needs
  • Ideally a completed degree—preferably in an IT-related field—or equivalent vocational training
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
