About the role

  • Conceptualize, manage and control all testing activities in customer projects
  • Define and create test strategies and test concepts, and select appropriate methods and tools
  • Organize the project team, communicate with clients and coach the test team on professional and methodological matters
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and monitor quality objectives
  • Develop and implement measures for process optimization (e.g., according to TPI NEXT®)

Requirements

  • Experience in test management and with common testing tools (e.g., Micro Focus ALM, Jira) and understanding of software development processes
  • Knowledge of database technologies, configuration management and project management
  • Communication skills at specialist, technical and management levels, and willingness to travel for projects within Germany
  • Very good German language skills (at least B2) and conversational English
  • Desirable: ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Manager, agile background, experience in team leadership and completed degree or equivalent qualification
