About the role

  • Design and implement test scenarios that evaluate system performance and behavior under load
  • Assist our clients in setting up, configuring, and operating test environments for automated load and performance testing
  • Use appropriate tools to develop, program, and maintain test scripts
  • Define and generate test data to ensure meaningful and reliable results
  • Monitor automated test runs and document results clearly and comprehensively — including analysis and recommendations for potential performance optimizations

Requirements

  • Experience in load and performance testing
  • Strong knowledge of programming, database technologies, and configuration management
  • Proficiency with testing tools such as The Grinder, Gatling, NeoLoad, LoadRunner, or JMeter
  • Ideally ISTQB® certification or an equivalent qualification
  • Strategic mindset for advancing the development of non-functional tests
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related assignments within Germany
  • Very good German language skills (B2) and conversational English
  • Personal ambition for professional development
  • Completed degree in Computer Science, a natural science, Economics, Engineering, or comparable vocational training
