About the role
- Support in defining and creating test strategies and test concepts
- Ensuring quality objectives are met
- Coordinating and overseeing test activities in client projects
- Implementing measures to optimize processes
- Close communication and collaboration with teams and clients
- Preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting continuous training and development in all technical and methodological test management processes
- Defining and monitoring quality objectives within the team
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software testing
- Initial exposure to test management and tools such as Micro Focus ALM or Jira
- Understanding of the software development process
- Knowledge of database technologies and configuration management
- Confident communication at technical, specialist, and management levels
- Willingness to travel for project-related assignments within Germany
- Very good German skills (B2)
- Conversational English
- Ideally: ISTQB® CTFL certification or equivalent
- Desirable: agile background and initial experience in project management
- Supported by a university degree or comparable vocational training
