About the role

  • Design, manage and control all testing activities in SAP projects
  • Define and create test strategies and test concepts
  • Select appropriate test methods and tools
  • Organize the SAP project team and maintain communication with the team and clients
  • Coach the test team on technical and methodological topics
  • Document results and prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Define clear quality objectives together with the team
  • Develop and implement process improvement measures (e.g., according to TPI NEXT®)

Requirements

  • Experience leading SAP testing projects and teams
  • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and relevant SAP project management processes
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Know-how in database technologies and configuration management
  • Confident communication at functional, technical and management levels
  • Experience in the S/4HANA environment and tools such as MF ALM is desirable
  • Willingness to travel for projects within Germany
  • Very good German skills (at least B2) and conversational English
  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager certificate or equivalent is an advantage
  • University degree or equivalent qualification
