About the role
- You take responsibility for project management and ensure compliance with and implementation of project requirements in collaboration with the specialist departments.
- You support the entire product development process, e.g., by preparing committee presentations, maintaining bills of materials, and managing maturity levels.
- You are the point of contact for technical and subject-specific issues in all project phases.
- You continuously further develop project management methods and align them with the latest standards.
- You create project plans and independently monitor project progress, including milestone tracking and workload/resource management.
Requirements
- A successfully completed bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in product project control (e.g., complete vehicle, drives, grid integration, HVDC) or in portfolio/strategy environments, as well as experience in project management.
- Initial experience in applying project management methods is required.
- Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Team player with an affinity for change management and intercultural collaboration.
- Confident German and English skills, both written and spoken.
