About the role
- Create NSD and VNFD descriptors (ETSI NFV-compliant)
- Model VNF/CNF lifecycle operations (instantiate, scale, heal, terminate)
- Develop automation workflows using Mistral
- Integrate workflows with orchestrator (e.g., OSM or other NFVO)
- Validate descriptor syntax, metadata, charms, day-0/day-1 configs
- Collaborate with backend team for API triggers and service chaining
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ETSI NFV MANO
- Hands-on experience writing NSD & VNFD (YAML/JSON)
- Proficiency with Mistral workflow development
- Understanding of VNF/CNF lifecycle management
- Experience with Linux, cloud-init, helm charts, Juju charms (optional based on platform)
