About the role
- You act as a point of contact and interface for Engineering, Sales and Production, as well as for our customers, particularly regarding customer complaints and change management.
- You evaluate incoming complaints and assume process responsibility for them.
- Independently conducting process and failure-analysis meetings is part of your daily routine.
- You prepare technical investigation reports for customers and monitor and coordinate the resulting actions.
- You prepare and conduct internal, external and TÜV audits.
- You monitor change processes and ensure that modifications to production processes do not compromise product quality.
- Documenting complaints and changes in the respective systems is a matter of course for you.
- You contribute to the further development of the complaints and change management process.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the medical technology sector, preferably in quality management.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage.
- Experience handling customer complaints and/or change management.
- Confident in the application of various problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys or fault tree analysis.
- Experience in preparing and conducting audits is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
- Strong team and communication skills, with a high degree of customer orientation, initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Analytical thinking, reliability, an efficient working style, assertiveness and high flexibility.
