About the role

  • You are the driving force behind efficient contract processes and ensure smooth collaboration between our operational units and the Legal department.
  • Responsible for the entire contract lifecycle - from drafting and review to ongoing contract administration.
  • As a Key User, you manage our global contract management system and ensure commercial risks are identified and controlled.
  • Create transparency, minimize risks, and support sustainable growth.
  • Act as the interface between operational business units and the Legal department.
  • Support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure high data quality and transparency through clear reporting and maintenance of accurate contract data.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or qualification as a Business Lawyer
  • Alternatively, a solid commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience
  • Professional experience in contract management or a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of commercial terms and business processes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills; SAP or contract management tools are an advantage
  • Fluent English and German skills
  • Clear communicator and team player with an international mindset
