About the role
- Act as a bridge in an agile project environment between stakeholders, Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and developers
- Responsible for the delivery of projects within a Pega team
- Analyze customer and user requirements using methods such as Design Thinking workshops or Design Sprints, as well as standard Pega approaches
- Support projects during the implementation phase by providing subject-matter expertise
- Assist in business-level acquisition and in designing functional architectures
Requirements
- University degree in (business) informatics/computer science or a related field plus several years of relevant experience
- Pega (Senior) Business Architect certifications
- Several years of experience in Pega projects
- Enjoy working in cross-functional teams and mentoring and coaching colleagues
- Willingness to travel depending on project needs
- Good German and English language skills
