About the role
- Solid knowledge in contract law
- Close collaboration with various units and departments across the company
- Clarification of substantive questions and support in contract interpretation
- Advising and supporting the sales and proposals team during the acquisition phase
- Monitoring the entire contract lifecycle and developing specific standards
- Responsible for contract administration and control
- Maintaining contract overviews and systematic document management
- Supporting the continuous development of excellent contract management
Requirements
- University degree in business law, business administration, or business informatics; ideally an MBA or an equivalent advanced academic degree
- At least four years of relevant professional experience, including international experience, in contract management, contract drafting and control, and contract execution
- Experience in the IT industry, e.g., software development, Managed Services, IT outsourcing
- In-depth knowledge of contract law
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent German and English
