About the role
- As a ServiceNow Solution Architect you design high-performance IT platforms
- You design and implement complex requirements based on the ServiceNow platform (e.g., CSM, HR) — from requirements analysis through implementation
- Together with our team you develop technical platform strategies and innovative solution approaches
- Integrate existing system landscapes and provide technical leadership for transformation and migration projects
- As part of international teams you contribute to building scalable solutions
- You apply generative AI strategically to optimize both customer-facing and internal processes
Requirements
- University degree — preferably in Computer Science or a related field
- Several years of experience with ServiceNow in architecture, lead, or consulting roles
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules, platform logic, and ITIL-based processes
- Strong JavaScript skills and practical experience with Now Assist
- Familiarity with agile project methods and frameworks such as Scrum
- Preferably certified: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
- Strong communication skills in German and English in technical contexts
