About the role

  • Resolving plant-level quality issues related to machinery, equipment, and production processes.
  • Supporting NPI initiatives by conducting technical risk assessments and overseeing machinery-related trial activities.
  • Optimizing machine performance, partnering with maintenance to reduce downtime and implement equipment modifications.
  • Leading waste-reduction actions by analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and applying best practices across operations.
  • Ensuring safety and compliance through technical evaluations and risk assessments of manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience managing technical challenges and optimizing machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on waste minimization and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and knowledge of safety standards for industrial equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a highly engaged, adaptable approach to change.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory manufacturing role (beneficial).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities (beneficial).
