About the role

  • Focus on production support for regulatory reporting systems
  • Monitor and maintain Broadridge-based regulatory reporting applications
  • Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Support reporting for MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR and other applicable regulations
  • Assist in deploying patches, enhancements, and configuration changes
  • Perform SQL-based checks and reconciliations to ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with business compliance and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and process improvements
  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and incident logs for audit and compliance
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation

Requirements

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Broadridge regulatory reporting solutions
  • Strong SQL for data analysis and validation
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and scripting
  • Understanding of MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR and other regulatory frameworks
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle and capital markets products
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work under tight regulatory deadlines
  • Nice to Have: Exposure to automation tools, Python scripting, RPA, Knowledge of ITIL processes, Incident, Change, Problem Management
