About the role
- Focus on production support for regulatory reporting systems
- Monitor and maintain Broadridge-based regulatory reporting applications
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support reporting for MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR and other applicable regulations
- Assist in deploying patches, enhancements, and configuration changes
- Perform SQL-based checks and reconciliations to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with business compliance and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and process improvements
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and incident logs for audit and compliance
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation
Requirements
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting
- Hands-on experience with Broadridge regulatory reporting solutions
- Strong SQL for data analysis and validation
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and scripting
- Understanding of MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR and other regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle and capital markets products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work under tight regulatory deadlines
- Nice to Have: Exposure to automation tools, Python scripting, RPA, Knowledge of ITIL processes, Incident, Change, Problem Management
