About the role

  • Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and design future state solutions within Salesforce
  • Solution Design: Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, data models, and technical specs
  • Project Management: Manage the product roadmap, backlog refinement, and scope for Salesforce projects
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users and developers/admins
  • Testing: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for new releases
  • Data Reporting: Analyze data to provide insights, build reports, and manage data integrity

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and declarative tools
  • Strong Business Analysis skills
  • Requirements engineering and process modeling expertise
  • Technical Aptitude with familiarity with integrations, data migration, and system architecture
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
