Controller

• As part of the PUIG France Fashion Human Resources team, the Junior HR Controller contributes to the development and structuring of the HR Controlling function.
• Works across a broad scope including HR controlling, compensation, data quality and administrative support.
• Monthly update of HR data (headcount, personnel costs, KPIs).
• Participate in annual processes: budget and forecast.
• Prepare internal compensation studies.
• Collect and consolidate data required for annual benchmarks.
• Support the HR team with monthly billing (purchase orders, invoice follow-up).
• Improve HR data quality and help optimize processes.
• Contribute to Group projects on new tools and processes.
