About the role

  • Provide specialist technical expertise through the processing of payroll data
  • Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal and regulatory changes
  • Perform calculations, analysis or investigations for smooth payroll operation
  • Execute the payroll cycle ensuring all processes and controls are completed on time
  • Process payroll run and rectify errors as they occur
  • Work with Finance to resolve issues identified within agreed deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to improve specialist services and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of Payroll Experience
  • Knowledge of countries labour legislations (preferable)
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Focus on results and track of KPI’s, SLA’s
  • Experience with MS Office tools and data manipulation tools (Excel or another database)
  • Advance level of Portuguese required
  • Experience in data warehousing and reporting technologies (e.g. SAP HR Enable)
