About the role
- Provide specialist technical expertise through the processing of payroll data
- Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal and regulatory changes
- Perform calculations, analysis or investigations for smooth payroll operation
- Execute the payroll cycle ensuring all processes and controls are completed on time
- Process payroll run and rectify errors as they occur
- Work with Finance to resolve issues identified within agreed deadlines
- Identify opportunities to improve specialist services and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of Payroll Experience
- Knowledge of countries labour legislations (preferable)
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Focus on results and track of KPI’s, SLA’s
- Experience with MS Office tools and data manipulation tools (Excel or another database)
- Advance level of Portuguese required
- Experience in data warehousing and reporting technologies (e.g. SAP HR Enable)
